=== Quality of the statistical evidence === Several statisticians have criticised the prosecution's use of data. The prosecution has been accused of relying on reasoning comparable to the Texas sharpshooter fallacy and the prosecutor's fallacy. A shift chart presented to the jury, which appeared to place Letby at every suspicious incident, has been challenged on the grounds that the criteria for selecting incidents were unclear and potentially biased. == ARL Development == ARL Development is a non-profit company that was formed by the ARL to develop the sport from an introductory level to the age of 18 years. In achieving this, ARL Development has developed new modified codes that gradually introduce children to rugby league. This is done by restricting the rules and then gradually releasing these restrictions. The two introductory modified codes currently in use are mini footy and mod league. On completion of mod league, players make a move to full international rugby league laws.
=== Expansion === In 1994, Dane and Travis Boersma struck a deal with a customer, Marty McKenna, which allowed him to open his own Dutch Bros in Medford, about 30 miles away from Grants Pass. McKenna's first stand performed so well that he soon opened up a second one across town. In 1997, the Boersmas brought McKenna on as a partner, hoping he would continue to expand the Medford operations. Two years later, they bought out McKenna's stake in the company. In 1999, Dutch Bros started formally franchising. The company opened its 50th franchised drive-thru location in 2004. That same year, shortly after moving into a new headquarters in Grants Pass, a nearby dumpster fire spread to the building, destroying Dutch Bros roasting equipment, five vehicles, and thousands of pounds of coffee beans. Following this incident, the company continued to expand, and by the end of 2004, operated 61 coffee shops spanning from Northern California to Oregon's Willamette Valley. By 2009, Dutch Bros was running about 135 coffee stands in seven states and generating $50 million in gross annual revenue. Dane Boersma died in 2009 from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. == Glucocorticoids == Glucocorticoids are a class of corticosteroids that affect the metabolism of carbohydrates, fat, and proteins, and regulate glycogen and blood pressure levels. The anti-inflammatory and connective tissue effects of glucocorticoids might mask injuries, leading to more serious injuries to athletes. Because of this and metabolic regulation effects, the administration of any glucocorticoid orally, rectally, intravenously, or intramuscularly is prohibited in competition only and requires a therapeutic use exemption. In December 2017 the Local Government Commission determined its preferred option for local government reorganisation on the West Coast to be the transfer of district plan preparation from the Buller, Grey and Westland district councils to the West Coast Regional Council. 2017: The Local Government Commission received a proposal to amalgamate the Masterton, Carterton and South Wairarapa District Councils into a combined Wairarapa District Council.
